Sommer and Paul Sobin, Certified Anusara Yoga instructors,
are devoted to sharing the elegant teachings of yoga through the sophisticated
lens of Anusara Yoga's philosophy, alignment and life affirming vision.
They live and teach local classes, Immersion programs, and Anusara Yoga Teacher Training programs in the beautiful community of Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Sommer & Paul also teach on the road across the country and internationally.
